The pre-coated sheet meets a minimum steel grade of 240 MPa, conforming to IS 14246:1995, and is coated with a zinc layer of at least 120 gsm as per IS 277:1992. The panels also include a 5-7 micron epoxy primer and a 15-18 micron polyester topcoat for added durability.
