he wall is constructed from 50mm thick PUF insulated panels with a density of 40+2 Kg/m³, lined on both sides with PPGI sheet. The pre-coated sheet is made of minimum 240MPa steel grade, compliant with IS 14246:1995, featuring a zinc coating of at least 120gsm per IS 277:1992. It includes a 5-7 micron epoxy primer and a 15-18 micron polyester top coat.
